The Source’s Nature
According to Ra and the Law of One, Love and Light are the two fundamental aspects of the Source’s nature that are responsible for all of creation.
Love and Light can be understood as the feminine and masculine archetypes of God itself.
While both aspects are closely entwined, the feminine archetype of God serves as the substance for all of creation as well as a type of metaphysical gravity that pulls everything back into oneness.
However, Love is not enough to complete the process of creation. Love needs the means to know and understand itself in order to express itself.
Therefore, the masculine archetype of God called Light, projects itself outwards into space and time and creates the entire physical illusion.
Light represents wisdom, and wisdom is necessary to illuminate the darkness of confusion into the light of understanding.
Ra also states that every universe begins with the explosion of Light that over time gets pulled into a single point by Love, giving birth to a whole new universe.
The push and pull of these two forces is the heartbeat of The One Infinite Creator.
This explains why Ra often says Love/Light and Light/Love, as these two forces cannot exist independently from each other.
