Muladhara Chakra
The first chakra known as Root Chakra (or Muladhara in Sanskrit) is located at the core of the spine.
In interpretations, this chakra is often connected only with the material world, so people believe that this one is not worth working on.
On the contrary, Sadhguru, an Indian yogi and book author believes that this chakra is the most important one.
Only if this one is stable, every other chakra can be released.
As its name says, it is the root and connection with this world, with earth.
It is believed that this chakra is connected with primary needs, such as food or sleep, but also with a sense of security and survival.
This chakra is basic one.
Think of it as the foundation of the house.
It is very important that the foundation is strong, as every other part will lean on it.
