Sleep Well
Before you can remember your dreams, you need to actually have them!
Lesson “Sleep Cycles” explains in detail what happens during our sleep.
It’s important to understand that if you sleep for 8 hours straight, you will have 4-5 dreams each night, on average.
And the reality is - you will forget most, if not all of them.
The first step to remembering dreams is to actually sleep well! It sounds easy, but people do skip this crucial step!
8 hours straight during the night. No drugs, no alcohol or similar substances.
Most of the dreams actually happen during the later stages of sleep, so sleeping longer in one go is very important.
Also, don’t eat at least an hour or two before going to sleep.
If needed, you can darken the room and weak mask and earplugs.
Make sure there are no distractions. Try not to use the phone or computer at least half an hour before going to bed.
Reading is the first step. Practice is the rest.
The rest of this lesson is in Mind, with practice tools, reminders and a journal that shows your progress.
